  • I'm missing an item / there is an error in my order?
    Please contact us immediately on 080.774.4774 or via email at rawprojectjuice@gmail.com and we will try to get your issue addressed ASAP.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders made for immediate delivery cannot be cancelled after the pickup details have been confirmed, as the delivery driver will have gone out at that point. For deliveries required before 12 pm the following morning, cancellation needs to have been made before 3pm. We make orders for the next morning after 3pm, hence the requirement. For deliveries which are due after 12pm the following day, cancellations can be received up to 8.30am on the day it is due to be delivered.   • Can I add to my order?
    Because our system is so new, we unfortunately cannot modify orders after they are placed. That said, if you want to make an additional order for delivery on the same day, we will be more than happy to refund your second delivery fee. Contact us at 080.774.4774 or via email to rawprojectjuice@gmail.com with the subject ADDITIONAL ORDER and we'll take care of it!
  • When should I expect to get my order? Is there a Designated time frame?
    For within-Bangkok delivery, the majority of the orders must be made to order a day in advance*. For items looking to be delivered before 12pm the following day, the order needs to be with us before 3pm. Items ordered after 3pm, will be delivered after 12pm the following day. We use our own courier fleet, La La Move, Lineman and Grab, and will contact you 30-60 mins before delivery is due to take place to re-confirm on the delivery drop point. For outside-of-Bangkok delivery, it takes up to 3 business days. The time of delivery will depend on the shipping company. We'll get in touch with you to let you know about the shipping company contact details. *We produce a select number of drinks every day and if you make an order before 5pm, and we have the item in stock, we can ship it out that day. We will connect with you 30-60mins before the delivery is to be made to ensure on the delivery drop point.
  • Can I order Smoothie Bowls online?
    At this time we do not offer our smoothies via our online platforms. We have a very small team and are not effectively set up to support these just yet - soon hopefully :-) However if you pop into our store, we will be sure to whip you up one of our delicious smoothie bowls :-)
  • Why isn't my order going through?
    We are working diligently with our development team to improve our website and delivery platform. We are making updates daily and constantly improving our interface. If you are experiencing technical issues, some common solutions are: - Clear your cart and refresh your page before refilling it - Try another browser - You may be out of our delivery range, please refer to our delivery zones above If you are still experiencing difficulty checking out, please reach out to rawprojectjuice@gmail.com. When an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt. If you do not receive this email, your order did not go through!
  • How will RawBack points be added to my next order?
    RawBack points will be added into either your store card, your Wongnai Reward Card, or your Line Reward Card as per your preferance. You can present the points to redeem towards your next purchase in-store, DM, or via the original reward system only (i.e. Line Rewards can be used through Line My Shop platform). For store cards, there is no limits or minimum for redemption. But for Wongnai Rewards and Line Rewards, there is a restriction of 40 points (100 baht) per redemption.
  • How does the Refer a Friend discount get added to my next purchase?
    When your friend makes their first online order for over 300 Baht, just have them add "REFERRED BY" and your email to the additional notes section. We will review the detail once we received your friend's order and payment and will send you a one-time coupon code to the email address we received. You can use the coupon code both online and offline channels. The email validation may be required. Online purchase through our official site is recommended.
