REFUND & EXCHANGE

Exchange Policy

All products are sold “as is.” You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued at the exception of items damaged during transit or in instances were a product was delivered and the best before had expired.

Refund & Replacement Policy

To claim for damage during the transit or any error of the shipment, please email us at rawprojectjuice@gmail.com or text us at Line account @rawprojectco on the day of receiving the goods regarding the issue. Photos of proof will be required along with proof of purchase receipt.

 

Upon receipt of the email, we will inspect and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, then we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item to your original method of payment if available, within a certain amount of days.
